Hi, I am Bárbara Román.

I am a Spanish-qualified lawyer and member of the Danish Bar and Law Society (Advokatsamfundet), based in Denmark. I advise international clients on complex cross-border matters involving Spain.

With experience across Spain, Germany, and Denmark, I focus on Spanish law in an international context, particularly cross-border inheritance and succession, Spanish property, and assets owned by non-residents. These are highly specialised cases that require precise legal coordination across jurisdictions.

I work with a limited number of clients at a time and remain personally involved at every stage. When needed, I collaborate with carefully selected professionals to ensure coherence and precision across legal systems.
